What does “lead capture” actually mean?

A visitor can fill out a form with their contact details, the service they want, and a message. Those inquiries are delivered to your business so you can respond. The package builds that contact path; it does not promise a particular number of inquiries or include paid ads.

What if I already have a website?

We can discuss a replacement or a more focused landing page. Access to your existing domain, hosting, content, and booking tools is reviewed before we agree on the project.

What will I need to provide?

Your business name, services, service area, contact information, and any photos or brand assets you have permission to use. We agree on any writing or additional asset work in the project scope.

What is included in the monthly fee?

Basic includes hosting only for $25/month, with website updates quoted separately. The Lead Capture and Booking care arrangements specify hosting, the time allowed for minor updates, and the monthly price. Major redesigns, new pages, new functionality, and paid external subscriptions are separate work. The care allowance and cancellation terms are confirmed before you purchase.

When does monthly billing start?

Your setup fee is paid at purchase. The first monthly hosting or care payment is charged 30 days after purchase, followed by monthly payments. Outright purchases are a one-time website payment without an ongoing hosting or care subscription.

Can I get an outreach offer I received by email?

Yes. Include the offer reference in your project brief so we can confirm its scope, price, and any monthly charge in writing before payment.

Your details & checkout

Reviewing project details keeps them in this open page; saving a copy creates a file on your device. No order is placed by reviewing or saving, and this site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

When checkout is enabled, continuing sends your contact, business, and project details through our server to Stripe before payment. These details can remain in Stripe even if you abandon checkout. After the initial payment is verified, the paid order and project brief are recorded in the private Google Calendar managed by Onsite Agency so the agency can follow up. Card details are not copied to that calendar.

Setup is paid at purchase. For monthly plans, the first hosting or care payment is charged 30 days after purchase, then monthly. An outright purchase does not start a monthly subscription. Use Manage billing for the Stripe billing portal, or email Onsite Agency with questions.

Only Stripe test checkout can run in this build. No real charges or service orders are created. Test details may be stored in Stripe sandbox and the private order calendar. Final service terms remain a draft; live payments are disabled.
