These terms are a review draft. Delivery timing, the exact care allowance, cancellation/refund arrangements and the final project agreement still require confirmation before accepting payment. A preview brief is not an accepted order. Contact contact.ahmed.sites@gmail.com to agree on your project.
Website packages and prices
Prices below are in US dollars. Each package has a setup option with monthly hosting or care, and an outright delivery option. Any additional work, domain charges, paid external subscriptions or applicable taxes must be identified before payment.

Basic Website
One responsive homepage with your business details, services, photos, tap-to-call and email links. The $25 monthly option covers hosting only. Website updates are not included and are purchased separately. Inquiry forms and booking features are outside the Basic scope.
Lead Capture
The Basic website features plus a tailored contact or quote-request form, fields for name, email, phone and service selection, and inquiry delivery to your business. One extra portfolio or work page can be included if requested and agreed. This remains a focused, mostly one-page website.
Booking + Leads
The Lead Capture features plus an appointment-booking connection, Google Calendar connection, service selection, appointment details and a booking/confirmation flow. Calendar access, availability, tool choice and any paid booking-tool subscription are agreed during setup.
Lead Capture and Booking monthly care allowances still need to be specified in the project agreement, including which changes are covered and any time limit. New pages, major redesigns and additional functionality require a separate quote.
Setup, monthly billing and outright delivery
Setup or outright delivery is paid upfront. A monthly hosting or care purchase includes the first 30 days from purchase; the first monthly payment is due 30 days after purchase. When enabled, the monthly option's Stripe checkout charges setup now and starts a subscription with that 30-day initial period. Stripe collects a payment method for the recurring monthly charge, which continues until canceled. The complete recurring cost and cancellation arrangements must be confirmed before purchase.
Use Stripe's email-verified billing-management page when available to manage the subscription or contact contact.ahmed.sites@gmail.com for billing help. The project agreement must explain when a cancellation takes effect and any service or refund consequences. Opening or abandoning checkout alone does not confirm an order or a successful payment.
An outright purchase has no Onsite Agency monthly hosting or care fee. You arrange hosting and a domain for the delivered site. Ongoing changes and external subscription charges are separate. Access, files and handoff details are confirmed in the project agreement.
A browser success message is not proof of payment. Payment is confirmed through Stripe's server notification and payment record. A private internal order record may then be created as described in the privacy notice.
Your project agreement
Before payment, confirm the selected package, pages and functions, complete price, monthly arrangement, delivery schedule, required materials, revision round, acceptance process and handoff. Work outside that written scope requires an agreed additional quote.
You provide or approve the business facts, services, service area, contact information, photos and other materials needed for the site. You must have permission to use the materials you supply. We agree on any additional copywriting or asset work as part of the scope.
Ownership and licensing for the delivered website, source files and third-party components must be specified before payment. Your supplied materials remain yours. Domain and third-party account ownership and access are reviewed during setup.
Delivery, changes and cancellation
Delivery and refund terms remain to be finalized. Each written project agreement must state the delivery target, when it begins, what happens if materials or approvals are delayed, the included revisions, and how either party can cancel. It must also explain how any refund is assessed for work already completed and costs already agreed.
Do not pay while these details are unresolved. For a cancellation, billing question or issue with delivered work, email contact.ahmed.sites@gmail.com with your order reference and the issue. Applicable rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.
Results and external services
The service delivers the agreed website and functions. It does not guarantee a number of leads, customers, bookings, sales or search rankings, and paid advertising is not included in these packages.
Hosting, domains, Stripe, Google Calendar and booking tools have their own terms and availability. Any paid tool needed for your project must be agreed before it is purchased. A separate written outreach offer can have a different confirmed scope or price; include its reference when discussing your project.
